Event calendar
The event calendar shows you event groups. You can combine several events in an event group if required. This makes sense if you want to send several employees to the same assignment at the same time. The location (place of assignment), event type (e.g. task / responsibility) and also the assignment time can differ for each employee. Of course, you can also create just one event per event group. This makes it easier if there are changes to appointments, as you can move the event group in the calendar using drag and drop and thus also the event.
Filter in the event calendar
In the filter line above the event calendar, you can use filters to restrict the event groups. Depending on the authorization and user type, not all filters may be equally available. The following filters are available in the maximum version:
- Project
- Brand
- Channel
- Area
- Location
- Event user
- Event type
- Billing status
- Event label
- Group label
- Performance view: This limits the number of event groups to 10 per calendar day.

- Event status
- Billing status
- Project name
- Location / area
- Address

Under Planning export, you can export your events in Excel format. Depending on the time frame you are currently displaying in the event calendar, the events of the day, week or month are exported.
As soon as the export has been completed, it is available for download in the same menu under Your exports.
You can export your events under Eventexport. Event groups without event users are also exported in Excel format. Depending on the time frame you are currently displaying in the event calendar, the events of the day, week or month are exported.
