In the reporting area, your event results can be exported with just one click. Benefit from customer-specific export profiles and a native Microsoft Excel export standard.

You can find more specific report downloads in many other modules, e.g. dashboard, calendar and much more

The following standard reports are available here:

Here you can view all transactions with all details (date, billing status, product, sales price, etc.) by project, brand and/or time period and create data exports.

  • Export transactions
    Data export of the displayed transactions
  • Productivity reports
    Data export of the displayed transactions per event/location

Under Imported sales successes you can select your CSV file, upload it and store it in EMPPLAN for validation(find duplicates in order numbers).

The time reports (checked-in time, manually recorded working time, planned time, etc.) of your event users are displayed here, abstracted by date range and/or project.

The full display of all time reports data is available in the Excel export. Here, for example, several checked-in/checked-out periods are also displayed in detail.

You can create and download an Excel export of the time evaluations in the action menu.

The Event-Statistics provide you with individually configurable statistics for your event.

First select a time period and a project and click on Refresh. All available data will now be displayed

You can customize your report under Display options. You can select an existing report configuration and apply it to the table

Fields

Under Search you can search for fields (e.g. area or location name).

If you activate Show only active fields, only the fields that you have activated with the slider will be displayed.

Under Name* please enter a name for your report configuration, under which it will be saved.

By clicking on Drop-Up or Drop-Down you can change the position of the field in the display accordingly.

Then click on save

Functions

Here you can select or deselect all fields

Here you can start the Excel export of your displayed event statistics.

Expert mode: This function only appears if you have previously selected a saved report and allows you to customize the field name under Fields.

All data relating to your event groups is displayed here

You can filter by date range or project.

You can trigger the Excel export in the action area.

Report Management

In Report Management you manage reports, fields and report products and can use them to design project-specific event reports and questionnaires for your event users.
